To log in to the client portal, follow these steps:
- Click on the “Login” button at the top right corner.
- Enter your username and password provided during the onboarding process.
- Click the “Log In” button. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link and follow the instructions to reset it.
If you experience any technical issues, please follow these steps:
- Login and access “My Projects” area
- Submit a Support case with a detailed description of the issue, including screenshots if possible.of the issue
- If the problem persists, contact our support team through the messaging system in your client portal area or call us
You can track the progress of your project by:
- Logging into the Customer Success portal.
- Navigating to the “My Projects” section.
- Selecting your project from the list to view the current status, upcoming milestones, and recent updates. You can also communicate directly with your project manager through the portal for more detailed updates.
To submit new requests or changes:
- Log in to the Customer Success portal.
- Access “My Projects” and go to the “Requests” section.
- Click on “New Request” and fill out the form with the necessary details.
- Submit the request, and our team will review it and get back to you with an estimate and timeline for the requested changes.
Your invoices and payment history can be accessed by:
- Logging into the Customer Success portal.
- Navigating to “My Projects” and go to the “Billing” section.
- Here, you can view, download, and print your invoices, as well as see your payment history. If you have any billing-related questions, you can contact our billing department directly through the portal.
